OUR STORY
SUP Yarra Valley is the brainchild of busy working mum, Kerrie Edwards. Kerrie discovered Stand Up Paddleboarding after her son started Prep. Juggling a full time business in events management and a new school routine meant for a busy weekly schedule. Feeling bored with the idea of traditional yoga and gym classes Kerrie started searching out new activities that would provide an opportunity for wellness, fitness and 'me time'. Having lived her whole life surrounded by vineyards and tractors and as far from a beach as you can image, water sports weren't high on her list to try until the day she stood up on a paddle board. Realising the activity offered the unique combination of the calmness of floating, the joy of being outdoors, and fitness entirely at your own pace - she was instantly addicted. Kerrie qualified as an ASI Level 1 SUP Instructor to enable SUP Yarra Valley to come to life. SUP Yarra Valley is proud to be a fully accredited ASI SUP School.
SUP is the fastest growing activity for women over 40 - and we know why.
We invite you to join our tribe and experience Stand Up Paddleboarding for yourself.
